Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Infusion Center team on a part-time basis. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered IV infusion care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Schedule
- 20–24 hours per week
- Clinic Hours: Tuesday – Thursday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient- and family-centered IV infusion care
- Develop and implement care plans for acute and chronic conditions
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
- Advocate for patients and assist in navigating the healthcare system
- Ensure clear communication across care teams and with families
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and program reviews
- Support development of clinical policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Active NP or PA license
- Minimum 2 years of NP/PA experience in a clinical setting
- OR
- 3+ years of RN experience in Oncology, ER, ICU, or Infusion Center
- Infusion experience required
- Strong clinical judgment and patient care skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
