Full Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of a licensed physician to provide high-quality patient care and support.
*Responsibilities:*
– Conduct patient interviews and take medical histories
– Perform physical examinations and diagnose illnesses
– Develop and implement treatment plans
– Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests
– Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
– Educate patients on healthy habits and disease prevention
*Requirements:*
– Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies
– Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
– Massachusetts license to practice
– Preferred experience in a clinical setting
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Preferred Qualifications:*
– Experience in Primary care/Internal Medicine
– Electronic medical records (EMR) proficiency
