Details:
- Inpatient CVICU
- Days or Nights, 7:00p-7:00a
- 7 on/7 off schedule
- Responsibilities:
- Rounding in ICU
- Pre and post cardiac surgery
- Manage patients coming off of vents
- Taking care of patients who are coming out of the OR with open hearts, vats and lung cases
- Procedures required
- Average census 20-25
- Immediate and ongoing
- Initial 13-week contract
- Potential to extend
- Open shifts:
- April 1-3 (nights)
- April 6 (day and night)
- April 7th (day)
- April 8th (night)
- April 10th (night)
- April 14-15 (days and nights)
- April 16-19 (nights)
- April 21 (day )
- April 22 (night)
- April 24 (night)

- EMR: EPIC
- Credentialing: 5-7 days
Skills and Requirements:
- NP or PA certification
- Active Texas NP or PA license
- AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
- 1-year Critical Care or CTS experience
Pay Rate:
- $110.00 per hour
- Eligible for overtime
- Completion bonus with 13-week contract completion
Travel Benefits:
If you reside greater than 50 miles from the facility you are eligible for travel benefits. You will have your travel and lodging arranged by our travel department and paid for in full.
Provided Travel Expenses:
- Round-trip flight
- Rental car and fuel
- Mileage reimbursement (in lieu of flight and rental car)
- Lodging
This assignment is a 1099 contract position. Malpractice insurance is provided for the duration of the assignment with $1M/$3M coverage limits.
