Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) with at least 2 years of hands-on injecting experience to join Pure Radiance MedSpa. This role is ideal for an experienced aesthetic provider who is confident, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering natural-looking results and an outstanding patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
● Perform aesthetic injectable treatments including Botox, dermal fillers, and other advanced cosmetic procedures
● Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and develop customized treatment plans
● Educate patients on procedures, skincare regimens, and pre- and post-treatment care
● Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in compliance with all regulations
● Adhere to safety protocols and clinical best practices
● Stay current on aesthetic trends, products, and techniques through ongoing education
Qualifications
● Licensed and certified as a PA or NP in Texas
● Minimum of 2 years of aesthetic injecting experience (required)
● Proficient in administering Botox, dermal fillers, and other advanced cosmetic procedures
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Passion for aesthetics, patient-centered care, and continuous professional growth
● Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team
