Full Job Description
Physician Assistant (PA)/Nurse Practitioner (NP)
House-call based service. See patients in their home, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Perform comprehensive and focused physical examinations
- Diagnosing and treating common acute illnesses such as strep throat, flu, Urinary Tract Infection, Abdominal pain, as well as injuries that involve strains, sprains, and fractures, etc…
- Managing high blood pressure, diabetes, COPD and other health problems
- Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests such as X-rays and EKGs, as well as laboratory tests
- Prescribing medications
- Educating and counseling patients and their families regarding healthy lifestyles and health care options
- Must be a self starter and motivated to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
