SynergenX is looking to hire a PRN Mid-Level Provider for the North Houston Region to Float between Our North Houston Clinics

Low T Center, leading providers of hormone replacement and targeted wellness services, are seeking fitness-conscious, wellness-oriented medical professionals (PA, APN, APRN, FNP) in connection with a planned expansion of clinical offerings and rapid escalation of remotely managed care options. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, customer service focused environment, employing proprietary treatment protocols and programs to help change patients’ lives.
Mid-Level Providers work in conjunction with a physician medical director and the Center Director to coordinate the care of patients receiving hormone replacement, targeted wellness (such as management of sleep apnea, weight control, hypertension, low libido)
Candidates must have excellent medical and academic credentials, be technologically savvy, and able to effectively manage staff and operations at their location.

Do you find it easy to establish a good rapport with patients? Are you patient and respectful? Are you able to explain technical health issues and treatment plans in layman’s terms? If so, then you might just be perfect for this Mid-Level Provider position!
QUALIFICATIONS
- Active TX NP or PA license in good standing
- Current DEA license or eligible
- Must be able to work at least 2 Saturdays per month (8am-12pm). Some weekday availability is preferred.
Compensation:
Week Day shifts $60 per hour
$400 for Saturdays 8am-12pm
Training requirements:
Must be able to complete 2 full weeks, 10 Consecutive business days (M-F) of paid in clinic training!!
Clinic Hours of Operation
- Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday 8:00AM – 12:00pm
Closed from 1:30 PM – 2 PM for lunch
