Industry leading luxury medical spa in Southlake is seeking a hardworking, high energy Aesthetic Injector with a passion for helping clients achieve their goals. Candidate must be an experienced Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or Physician’s Assistant trained and certified with all necessary licensing in good standing in the state of Texas (without restrictions).
We are looking for an outgoing individual with a proven drive for success, a desire to learn and grow, and a dedication to providing the upmost care to their clients. Being able to work independently to develop and provide a treatment plan as well as being a team player is a requirement. Organization, multi-tasking and a passion for learning is required to be successful in this position. Opportunity for a partnership in the business could be available after a training period.
Guaranteed salary while building business and then transition to commission-based compensation. A non-compete agreement will be required.
Hours: Tuesday-Friday (9-6pm). (Occasional Saturdays)
Ideal candidate will:
- Have minimum 3 years experience as an aesthetic and/or nurse injector.
- Provide quality neurotoxins, Sculptra, Dermal Fillers, PDO Threads, & Ultherapy. Sclerotherapy a plus.
- Manage all aspects of hormone replacement therapy.
- Retain patients through consistent and detailed follow-up protocols.
- Provide skin care consultations, recommend retail products and cross promote med spa services.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of all treatments and services offered on the current salon treatment menu, as well as trends and developments within the professional spa community related to products, treatments and techniques.
- Meticulous charting and documentation of patient files.
- Provide instructions and guidance regarding medical care matters to patients.
- Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, policies, and regulations; protect patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.
- Comply with federal, Texas state, and local legal and professional requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating future legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; talking with colleagues to keep abreast of developments in dermatology.
- Accept responsibility, authority and accountability as a professional nurse.
