We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) licensed in Texas, with expertise in IV therapy, to join our dynamic team.
Position Summary:The Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) will provide comprehensive healthcare services to patients of all ages, focusing on primary care and preventive services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IV therapy and be capable of managing various IV-related procedures with expertise and confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including history taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, emphasizing preventive care and health promotion.
- Administer and manage IV therapy, including setting up, monitoring, and maintaining IV lines for patients.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and other specialists, to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Participate in continuous professional development and stay updated on the latest healthcare practices and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Current and unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license in the state of Texas.
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an FNP, with a focus on primary care.
- Proven experience and proficiency in IV therapy and related procedures.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- BLS/ACLS certification (optional or required, depending on your needs).

Pay: $120,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year
