Schedule:
- MC hours, including every other weekend
- Onsite as needed
Job Summary
Provide evidence-based primary and family care in collaboration with a clinical team, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, counseling, and care planning.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and health counseling
- Conduct routine exams and diagnostic tests
- Manage chronic conditions and preventive care services
- Support clinic operations (opening/closing, inventory, patient follow-up, insurance, payments, maintaining clean environment)
Qualifications & Skills
- Completion of accredited Physician Assistant program
- Current National Board Certification and State license
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and with a clinical team
Education
- Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies (or related degree)
- Active state license required
Salary: $75.00 per hour
