Join a Growing, Physician-Led Neurology Practice
Dominion Neurology Associates is a rapidly expanding neurology practice in San Antonio dedicated to delivering compassionate neurological care with excellence and integrity. We are seeking a motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who wants to grow professionally while making a meaningful impact in patients’ lives.
This is an opportunity to work closely with board-certified neurologists in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and manage patients with neurological disorders (migraines, epilepsy, neuropathy, stroke follow-up, movement disorders, memory issues, etc.)
- Perform neurological examinations and follow-up visits
- Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic tests
- Collaborate with supervising neurologists on treatment plans
- Provide patient education and counseling
- Maintain accurate documentation in EMR
Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted Texas NP or PA license
- Neurology, internal medicine, or primary care experience preferred (new grads with strong clinical training encouraged to apply)
- Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
- Excellent bedside manner and communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $120,000.00 – $135,000.00 per year
