Job SummarySeger MD is seeking a motivated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing practice. This position is new-graduate friendly, with structured onboarding, mentorship, and training provided. The ideal candidate will be comfortable learning to manage patients across the weight loss spectrum, from medical management to pre- and post-operative bariatric surgery care.
Key Responsibilities– Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and follow-up visits- Manage medical weight loss patients, including pharmacotherapy- Provide pre- and post-operative care for bariatric surgery patients- Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and labs- Educate patients on lifestyle modification, medications, and surgical options- Collaborate closely with physicians, dietitians, and clinical staff- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in our EMR/EHR- Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines and practice protocols
