Artemis Healthcare Partners is seeking a dedicated and passionate Bilingual Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our client’s growing team in San Antonio, TX.
Position Name: Bilingual Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)Location: San Antonio, TXEmployment Type: Direct-Hire & PermanentSetting: Outpatient Primary CareShift: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm | No weekends, No on-call | Must be able to work FULL-TIME – PRN/per diem not available at this timePay: $130,000-$145,000+
Qualifications:– Valid State Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) License- DEA license (or ability to obtain promptly)- Conversational or Fluent Spanish Bilingual (hard requirement)- If an NP, Certification by one of the Nurse Practitioner certifying bodies (ANCC or AANP) as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)- Degree from accredited NP/PA Program.- Minimum of 1 year experience in urgent care or family practice setting preferred, not a firm requirement.- Current BLS and ACLS certification.
Job Summary:As a Primary Care Provider (NP or PA), you will be at the forefront of delivering comprehensive, patient-centered medical care to adult patients. You’ll diagnose and manage a variety of acute and chronic conditions while also emphasizing disease prevention, health education, and long-term wellness. This role is ideal for providers who are passionate about holistic care and enjoy working in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
Responsibilities:– Provide thorough medical evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.-Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions.-Coordinate care with specialists and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.-Focus on preventive care, screenings, immunizations, and lifestyle counseling.-Prescribe and manage appropriate medications and therapies.-Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and documentation.-Stay current with medical research and continuing education.
