Position Overview
North Texas Surgical Arts is a premier cosmetic surgery and med spa located at The Harbor in Rockwall. We are seeking a skilled and professional Physician Assistant to support our cosmetic surgical practice, assist in clinical operations, and provide high quality injectable treatments. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, patient focused, and comfortable working in a luxury medical setting.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Support
- Assist the surgeon with pre operative and post operative patient care
- Perform history and physical exams, document encounters, and maintain accurate EMR notes
- Support in office procedures and patient preparation
- Provide post operative teaching, follow up assessments, and wound care
Injectables and Aesthetic Services
- Perform injectable treatments including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic procedures
- Conduct consultations, create treatment plans, and educate patients on aesthetic options
- Maintain high safety standards and deliver consistent, natural results
Patient Experience and Operations
- Participate in new patient consultations, education, and coordination
- Support the clinic team in ensuring a smooth and elevated luxury patient experience
- Assist with product recommendations, aftercare guidance, and treatment planning
Qualifications
- Current Texas Physician Assistant license
- NCCPA certification
- Experience in cosmetic surgery, aesthetics, plastics, dermatology, or related field preferred
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Professional appearance with a commitment to exceptional patient care
- Comfortable performing injectables or willing to undergo training
