Physcian Assistant Job Description
This position will be supervised by a licensed, Board Certified Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician. The physician assistant will provide acute comprehensive rehabilitation medical care with a multidisciplinary team approach. The primary responsibility of this position is to gather medical information relating to the current status of the patient, obtain vitals, write scripts for physician, review and/or request labs, medications, diagnostics, etc. as indicated by physician and document in the chart appropriately and consistently as directed by physician. Round on inpatients in the setting of a Rehabilitation Hospital (dedicated to acute Comprehensive rehabilitation services), acute care hospital and long term acute care. Physician Assistant will be able to perform history and Physical examination of admissions (H&P dictation), discharge summaries and rounding notes.

Pay: $110,000.00 – $118,000.00 per year
