Job OverviewWe are seeking a bilingual dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic environment. This role will involve working in a teaching hospital setting, engaging in clinical research, and utilizing telehealth technologies to enhance patient outcomes.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations, including taking medical histories and performing physical examinations.
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.
- Perform diagnostic procedures, including catheterization and other necessary interventions.
- Manage acute care situations, providing timely interventions for patients in need of urgent care.
- Utilize eClinicalWorks systems for documentation and patient management.
- Participate in clinical research initiatives to contribute to advancements in medical practices.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and treatment options.
- Engage in pediatric care as needed, ensuring appropriate treatment for younger patients.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Stay current with advancements in radiation therapy and other relevant medical technologies.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
- Strong knowledge of ICD-9 coding and its application in clinical settings.
- Experience or familiarity with telehealth practices is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective patient interaction and teamwork.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development within the field of medicine.

Pay: $113,253.00 – $118,986.00 per year
