Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting, focusing on comprehensive health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment plans. This role requires a strong background in various medical environments, including ICU and hospital settings, with an emphasis on addiction counseling and family planning services.

Duties

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and diagnostic assessments to determine health status and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations.
• Provide outpatient care, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and preventive care.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and families on health management, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications.
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Utilize medical imaging and diagnostic tools to assist in patient evaluation.
• Address various ailments with appropriate treatment protocols while considering patients’ unique circumstances.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice.
• Experience in outpatient care; ICU or hospital experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of addiction counseling techniques is a plus.
• Proficiency in conducting diagnostic evaluations and utilizing medical imaging technologies.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to patient confidentiality.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
• Passion for providing compassionate care to diverse patient populations.

Pay: $120,000.00 – $250,000.00 per year
