Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for our Odessa, Texas office. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patient care, with a focus on both outpatient and inpatient settings. This role requires a thorough understanding of Dermatology and the ability to perform comprehensive physical examinations, triage patients effectively, and provide family planning services. The Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients of all ages, ensuring their health and well-being.
Duties
- Conduct thorough physical examinations and assessments of patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Perform triage duties to prioritize patient care effectively.
- Provide family planning services, including counseling and education.
- Manage outpatient care, ensuring continuity of care for patients.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Monitor and manage inpatient cases, including those requiring specialized interventions such as gastric lavage and tube feeding.
- Engage in research initiatives to improve patient outcomes and healthcare practices.
ExperienceCandidates should have a strong foundation in nursing practice with experience in both outpatient and inpatient settings. A solid understanding of physiology is essential, along with skills in family planning, physical examinations, triage, and advanced patient management techniques. Pay: $100,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year
