The Role
We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who is passionate about functional and preventative medicine to help us bring the MVEMENT to our Newark location. You will practice in a cash-pay, insurance-free model that gives you the freedom to spend real time with patients and deliver care the way it should be delivered – without the red tape.
Schedule
- Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
What You’ll Do
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations using a functional medicine framework
- Develop individualized, root-cause treatment plans including nutrition, lifestyle, and targeted therapies
- Order and interpret advanced diagnostic testing (executive blood panels, metabolic analysis, thyroid assessments, etc.)
- Provide patient education and empower clients to take an active role in their health journey
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including chiropractors, fitness professionals, and aesthetics providers
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted NP or PA license in the state of Texas
- Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited NP or PA program
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience (functional, integrative, or lifestyle medicine experience strongly preferred)
- DEA license (or ability to obtain)
- Passion for functional medicine and a root-cause approach to patient care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
