Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality medical care to patients in various settings, including outpatient clinics, primary care, and hospital environments. The Physician Assistant will work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care, ensuring optimal health outcomes for diverse patient populations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical examinations and assessments of patients.
• Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions across different specialties, including Primary Care, Pediatrics, Occupational Health, and Hospice Palliative Medicine.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams in Level I Trauma Centers and ER settings to provide urgent care as needed.
• Develop and implement patient management plans, including prescribing medications and therapies.
• Perform minor surgical procedures and assist in more complex surgeries as required.
• Participate in research initiatives to improve patient care practices and outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Skills

• Strong clinical assessment skills with the ability to evaluate patient needs effectively.
• Proficiency in outpatient care practices and hospital medicine protocols.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
