*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, focusing on health promotion, disease prevention, and the management of chronic illnesses.
*Responsibilities*
– Conduct physical examinations and patient assessments
– Develop and implement treatment plans
– Order and interpret diagnostic tests
– Provide patient education on health maintenance and disease prevention
– Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
– Prescribe medications and provide patient education on medication use and potential side effects
– Counsel patients on preventive care measures, lifestyle modifications, and health promotion strategies
*Qualifications*
– Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program
-Current licensure as a Physician Assistant in the state of Texas
-Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based medicine
-Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
-Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care
-Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
