Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Aesthetic PA to join our innovative team at our newly established medical spa, Venus Medical Aesthetics. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious individual who is passionate about aesthetics to help be a part of our practices growth and development from day 1. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of clinical expertise, leadership skills, and business acumen.

**Responsibilities:**1. Collaborate with the Clinical Director and management team to develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive practice growth and enhance patient satisfaction.

2. Provide exceptional patient care through the delivery of aesthetic treatments, including but not limited to injectables, laser procedures, and skincare treatments.

3. Oversee day-to-day clinical operations, including patient consultations, treatment planning, and post-procedure follow-up.

4. Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices and safety standards through ongoing training.

5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for safety, hygiene, and infection control.

6. Participate in marketing and promotional activities to attract new patients and retain existing clientele.

**Required Work Experience:**- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a PA specializing in medical aesthetics.- Demonstrated success in driving practice growth and achieving revenue targets.

**Skills and Education:**- Current PA license and certification in the state of Texas.- Advanced training and certification in aesthetic procedures (e.g., Botox, dermal fillers, laser therapy).- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with a focus on patient safety and satisfaction.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.- Proficiency in medical software and technology for patient management and electronic health records.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50.00 – $60.00 per hour
