Physician Assistant

This position is responsible for practicing medicine with physician supervision including conducting examinations and writing prescriptions. Within physician–physician assistant (PA) relationship, PAs exercise autonomy in medical decision making and provide a broad range of diagnostic and therapeutic services. May have responsibility for education and administrative services.

Work location: Mansfield (1759 Broad Park Circle South Mansfield, TX 76063)

Hours: Full-time, Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm; Friday 8:00am-12:00pm

Physician Assistant duties:

• Conduct physical exams and assess patient conditions.
• Assist in urological surgeries and perform in-office procedures.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including labs and imaging.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop treatment plans.
• Educate patients on their diagnosis and treatment options.
• Prescribe medications and manage follow-up care.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree from an accredited PA program.
• Current PA license in Texas.
• National certification from the National Commission on Certification of PAs.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
• Experience in urology or related field is a plus, but not required.
