OverviewDivineTouch Medical Center is a patient-centered healthcare facility committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care to the Mansfield community. We focus on personalized, preventative, and holistic medical services, ensuring our patients receive the best possible outcomes. We are currently seeking a dedicated, compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team as a Primary Care Provider. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and be committed to providing high-quality patient care across various settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic health conditions.
- Conduct physical examinations, obtain medical histories, and perform routine screenings.
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient health needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and/or supervising physicians.
- Educate and counsel patients on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of medical conditions.
- Maintain thorough and accurate medical records, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and support staff to ensure continuous, high-quality patient care.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) with a focus on Family/Adult NP or a Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Licensure/Certification:
- Current, active Texas license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- National certification (e.g., AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA).
- DEA certification (or eligibility) is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in primary care, family medicine, or a similar clinical setting strongly preferred.
- Skills:
- Excellent clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Pay: $90,000.00 – $115,000.00 per year
