Full Job Description
Home Clinix is hiring for a mid-level practitioner to perform in home visits for wound care as well as primary care visits as needed. Many visits outside of the wound care can be performed via telehealth.
Visit will consist of performing wound care. Some patients have chronic/advanced wounds and treatment may include application of amniotic grafts as necessary. We also have a contract therapy company and visits will be as needed to perform visits to homebound patient in order to admit to home health care.
Compensation will be per visit rate at $100-$300 per visit depending on travel and tasks performed.
- Base Visit: $100
- Application of amnio graft: $100
- Travel Bonus when necessary: $100-200
We are looking for coverage in the Lubbock, TX area.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract, PRN
Pay: $100.00 – $300.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 – 10 per week
