Title: Advanced Practice Provider, Bilingual Spanish
Role Description:
An ideal applicant should have experience in a primary care setting, have a knowledge of or be willing to learn ancillary therapies such as weight loss, hormone replacement therapies, and joint/trigger point injections, and be able to work independently with the supervision of a physician alongside other practitioners. This position will require autonomy in patient-directed care, and the provider will dictate patient treatment. Practitioners should be self-confident, warm/empathetic towards the patients, and excited to help patients in their health journey.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional primary care
- Conduct office visits for routine and acute issues
- Administer Annual wellness visits and health risk assessments
- Coordinate care with other providers, specialists, testing facilities, and agencies
- Educating patients on their health conditions, care plans, and treatments
- Chart notes in EMR system (eClinicalWorks)
- Create treatment plans that may include medicine management alongside other specialty care in accordance with the patients’ needs
- Perform joint and trigger-point injections, medical weight loss, hormone therapy, and other ancillary services. Note: Various procedural training from licensed practitioners is available.
- Provide telehealth appointments when appropriate during normal clinic scheduled hours.
- Attend and perform regular team meetings to collaborate on patient care plans to ensure the best care possible.

Qualifications:
- Passion for working in a multi-disciplined setting to provide collaborative care
- Highly motivated, reliable, and a team player
- Advanced degree as a Physician Assistant
- Must possess all relevant and current Texas licenses, DEA license, and National Board Certifications with no current or pending disciplinary actions.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, includes performing CPR and operating an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
- Experience with basic desktop software and eClinicalWorks EHR preferred
- Minimum of one year of experience as a primary care provider or equivalent preferred
- Once trained, be able to work autonomously without on-site supervision
- Ability to both speak and write Spanish is highly preferred

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday – 8am-5pm
Wednesday – 8am-6pm
Friday – 8am-12pm

Pay: $104,000.00 – $160,000.00 per year
