Job Title: Physician Assistant – Intensivist (Nights Only) Location: Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Lakeway, TX Schedule: 7 on / 7 off | Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Position Overview: Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Lakeway is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join our Intensivist team. This is a night-shift only position with a highly manageable patient volume and strong ICU physician collaboration. The ideal candidate will thrive in an autonomous role and be committed to delivering high-quality critical care.
Position Highlights:
- Nights-only schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off (7 PM – 7 AM)
- Manageable patient load in a supportive and collaborative ICU environment
- Work autonomously alongside a well-established team
- Utilizes EPIC EMR system

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an acute care or critical care setting preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making ability
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment

QUALIFICATIONS
- EDUCATION – Grad of an Accredited Program
- EXPERIENCE – Less than 1 Year of Experience
- CERTIFICATION/LICENSE/REGISTRATION –
Physician Assistants (PA) ACLS (ACLS): Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 30 days of hire or transfer. Basic Life Support (BLS): Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire or transfer.
