Job Title: Physician Assistant (PA-C) – Full-Time

Location: Keller, TX (North Hills Family Medicine)

Practice Type: Private Practice

About North Hills Family Medicine:

North Hills Family Medicine is a well-established, privately-owned family medicine practice proudly serving the communities of Keller and North Richland Hills, Texas. With two convenient locations and a reputation for high-quality, patient-centered care, we offer a welcoming, team-oriented environment for both patients and providers.

We are currently seeking a full-time Physician Assistant to join our dedicated team at our Keller location. Our location at 300 N Rufe Snow Dr is easily accessible, and we strive to create a welcoming environment for both patients and staff. We pride ourselves on our skilled professionals and excellent patient care. Position Details:

  • Schedule: 4.5 days per week (specific half-day TBD)
  • Saturday Clinic: Acute care only, 0–2 times/month, 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM
  • Call Coverage: One week (Monday–Sunday) every 5–6 weeks, afterhours only (low volume, phone only)
  • Setting: Outpatient only – no inpatient or hospital rounds — with onsite x-ray and lab in office
  • Team: Supportive collaboration with board-certified family physicians, experienced nursing staff, and administrative support

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide full-spectrum primary care for patients of all ages
  • Perform physical exams, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
  • Order and interpret labs, imaging, and other diagnostic tests
  • Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
  • Educate patients on wellness, prevention, and chronic disease management
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation using EMR (Athena)
  • Collaborate closely with physicians and team members to ensure quality patient care

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
  • Current Texas PA license and NCCPA certification
  • DEA license (or ability to obtain)
  • BLS (required)
  • Prior experience in family medicine or primary care preferred – open to well-qualified new graduates
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable with managing a wide range of conditions independently, with physician support available
  • Comfortable performing simple in-office procedures such as laceration repair, I&Ds, skin biopsies, etc
