Job Overview:
We are an Internal and Obesity Medicine practice located in Katy. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Physician Assistant with experience in primary care to join our medical team. Exposure to obesity or lifestyle medicine would be beneficial but not required.
We are a growing practice with a focus on treating patients as a whole. Our work environment is one where our patients and staff feel heard, respected and supported. Patients will be a mix of primary care and weight loss patients.
The ideal candidate should be a team player, efficient, great at multitasking, a quick learner and possess great bedside manner. The candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care under the supervision of a licensed physician. Experience:
– Previous experience working as a Physician Assistant in a clinical setting is preferred
– Proficiency in performing physical examinations and medical procedures
– Familiarity with coding practices and electronic health records
– Experience in providing care to patients with diverse medical needs
Requirements:
– Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program
– Current certification as a Physician Assistant
– State licensure to practice as a Physician Assistant
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $50.00 – $57.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 24 per week
