Job Overview:
Macie Medical is a primary care and obesity medicine practice dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care. We are expanding our services to include Medspa and Medical Aesthetics, aiming to deliver a holistic approach to health and wellness. Join our dynamic team as we redefine care by integrating primary care, weight loss solutions, and aesthetic medicine.

The ideal candidate should be a team player, efficient, great at multitasking, a quick learner and possess great bedside manner. The candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care under the supervision of a licensed physician. Key Responsibilities:
Primary Care Services:
- Provide high-quality primary care, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
- Conduct physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications as appropriate.
- Develop personalized care plans to support long-term patient health goals.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, medical assistants, and administrative staff.
Medical Aesthetics and Medspa Services:
- Perform consultations and provide patient education on aesthetic treatment options and expected outcomes.
- Administer non-invasive procedures such as Botox, dermal fillers, chemical peels, and other cosmetic treatments (training provided if necessary).
- Maintain compliance with safety protocols and industry standards for aesthetic procedures.
- Stay informed of the latest trends and advancements in aesthetic medicine to enhance patient offerings.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Promote a welcoming and professional environment that supports patient satisfaction and retention.
- Assist in developing and implementing protocols and workflows for the new aesthetics services.
- Contribute to marketing efforts, including community outreach and patient education events, to promote the Medspa and medical aesthetics services.
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Current certification as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) and licensure to practice in Texas.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in primary care, internal medicine, or family medicine preferred.
- Interest or experience in medical aesthetics and Medspa treatments (training can be provided).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong focus on patient care.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50.00 – $65.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
