Full-Time – Part time Physician Assistant
TX Spine & Joint is seeking a motivated and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing team. We are looking for a dedicated healthcare professional who is committed to providing exceptional patient care in a collaborative clinical environment.
Position Details
- Position: Full-Time or Part-Time Physician Assistant
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Full-Time Salary: $135,000 per year
- Part-Time Salary: $68000 per year
- Additional Compensation: Productivity bonus
- Paid Time Off: PTO included two weeks for full time employees
- Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients. Neurological, Sports and Regenerative.
- Perform comprehensive patient histories and physical examinations.
- Provide ongoing management and follow-up care.
- Educate patients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Support efficient patient flow and a positive patient experience.
Qualifications
- Current Physician Assistant license in the State of Texas.
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- NCCPA certification preferred/required as applicable.
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience in orthopedics, spine, pain management, or musculoskeletal care is a plus.
- Personal experience in athletics is helpful.
