Your Role Will Involve:
Providing care through in-person consultations, telemedicine visits, and community outreach events such as pop-up clinics and health screeningsWorking from our modern Patient Support Center to support a wide range of patient needsCaring for a Medicare-aged patient population with a focus on those enrolled in Medicare Advantage PlansCollaborating with healthcare providers to improve documentation, coding practices, and ensure quality standards are maintainedConducting patient interviews to confirm preventive screenings are completed and records are accurateOptional moonlighting opportunities available for additional earning potential

What We’re Looking For:
- Certified as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant through recognized boards like AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA
- Active Texas License (or ability to obtain)
- DEA License (or ability to secure one before starting)
- Experience caring for Medicare-aged patients preferred
Preferred Skills & Experience:
– 1+ year of clinical experience in a similar role- Familiarity with primary care and chronic condition codes– Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus- Knowledge of managed care environments
Salary & Compensation:
$104,500 – $156,000/yearYour compensation will be based on experience, education, certifications, and regional market trends.
