POSITION SUMMARY:

Vanguard Spine & Sport is seeking a highly skilled and outgoing Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team! RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with team of providers to create a comprehensive plan of care to deliver best outcomes in an out-patient setting
  • Maintain patient confidentiality through HIPAA compliance
  • Establish comprehensive plans of care to address identified deficits and restore prior level of function
  • Collaborate and communicate with Clinic Director and Team members to ensure continuity of care
  • Assess patients regularly for appropriate progression and/or modification of plan of care
  • Promote a positive work environment and contribute to our team approach
  • Timely, thorough, and accurate documentation of patient care provided in our EMR system
  • Actively demonstrate adherence to Vanguard’s Core Values
  • Communicate effectively with patients and their family members to promote their active participation in treatment/therapy and develop trusting relationships
  • Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Current license as a Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant in the state of Texas
  • Current and active DEA License
  • Current and active ACLS/BLS
  • Unrestricted License
  • Experience in administering MSK/Joint Injections
  • Experience in Hormone Replacement Therapy
  • Experience with diagnostic Ultrasound in a MSK setting
  • Fully credentialed by all major medical Insurance is a bonus *If credentialed, please provide a list of all insurance carriers in Network with*
  • Willingness to be mentored, in both administrative and clinical capacities in a unique collaborative clinical model
  • One or more year(s) of outpatient orthopedic or sports medicine experience
  • CPR certification
  • Outgoing and energetic personality
  • Punctual, dependable, self-sufficient, willing to learn, train, and take direction
  • Experience using a PC and or Mac/Apple Products
  • Ability to connect with people and a passion to help others
  • Very caring AND great personality, confident leader.
  • Extremely detail oriented-because you care about getting it right.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Organized and efficient
  • Bilingual is a PLUS!

CLINIC HOURS

  • Monday – Thursday 7:30am-6:30pm

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Competitive Salary Range ($110,000 – $155,000) *Depending on experience, fit, and tenure*
  • Monthly Bonus Opportunity (0-$88,800/month) *Based off production*
