About the Position
An Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will work at a large FQHQ in a medically underserved community. You will need to be comfortable treating women throughout evaluation, treatment, and management, The NP or PA will provide medical care relating to pregnancy and childbirth as well as diagnose, treat, and help prevent diseases of women, especially as they relate to the reproductive system. At times, you may also provide general medical care to women. Location: Legacy Community Health – Montrose Clinic Address: 1415 California St, Houston, TX 77006

Requirements
- Completion of a program with an accredited school
- Current license from the Texas Board of Nursing or Texas Physician Assistant Board
- 2 years of paid experience
- Bilingual (Spanish-speaking), preferred

Since then, the agency has expanded to 10 clinics in Houston, one in Baytown, two in Beaumont, and one in Deer Park with extensive services that include: Adult primary care, HIV/AIDS care, pediatrics, OB/GYN and maternity, dental, vision and behavioral health.
