Family Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner
Location: Houston, TXEmployment Type: Full-Time | Day ShiftSalary: $100,000 – $130,000 per year
Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary care services in a fast-growing healthcare practice. The ideal candidate will manage acute and chronic conditions while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with physicians and clinical staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluations
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Prescribe medications and order/interpret diagnostic tests
- Educate patients on treatment options, prevention, and lifestyle changes
- Document patient care accurately in the EMR system
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Qualifications
- Active PA or NP license in good standing
- Master’s degree from an accredited PA or NP program
- National certification (NCCPA or AANP/ANCC)
- Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
- EMR proficiency
