Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and diagnostic evaluations of patients
- Manage pain effectively through appropriate treatment plans and interventions
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers in case management
- Document medical histories, treatment plans, and patient progress accurately in medical records
- Educate patients on health management, preventive care, and treatment options
Qualifications:
- Bilingual: English/Spanish (Required)
- Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification and state licensure to practice
- Experience: Neurology (Required)
- Strong skills in diagnostic evaluation and case management practices.
- Proficiency in medical documentation and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR)
- Excellent communication skills for effective patient education and collaboration with healthcare teams
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed to meet patient care demands
