Location: Houston (with initial training in San Antonio – see below)

Reports To: Medical Director Houston Clinic

Job Type: Full-time

About the Job: Experience Plus the Right Attitude

We seek a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner and/or Physician Assistant with experience in managing the medical care of our patients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Taking comprehensive patient medical histories.
  • Performing Diagnostic Procedures such as Saline Ultrasounds, HyFoSy (Ultrasound guided tubal evaluation)
  • Collaborating with physicians to manage care for our patients.
  • Ordering and interpreting diagnostic procedures to assist patients on their fertility journey.
  • Performing Ovarian Stimulation Monitoring for Intrauterine Inseminations and IVF
  • With the supervision of Reproductive Endocrinologist and Infertility Specialist on Site to perform Intrauterine inseminations and Embryo Transfers
  • Performing other related duties as assigned.
  • If you are not totally trained to perform some of these tasks you will have a full training at our IVF academy USA (IVFAcademyUSA | Cutting Edge IVF Training in a Real World Lab Environment)

This position reports to the Medical Director of our Houston clinic, located at 7400 Fannin St., Houston, TX 77054. The clinic is scheduled to open in January 2025, but the position is available immediately to allow for training at our San Antonio location. Support for living and food expenses can be provided during the training period if required.

About the Ideal Candidate: Passionate About Patient Care

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing school and certification as a Nurse Practitioner and/or Physician Assistant.
  • At least three years of clinical experience with proven expertise in women’s health.
  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
  • A passion for helping others and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
  • English native level plus conversational proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
  • Appropriate work and living permits are in place.
