Position Overview
We are seeking a Texas-licensed Physician Assistant to perform telemedicine consultations for personal injury and pain management cases. This position is primarily remote but requires one day per week in our Harlingen office to meet with staff, coordinate in-person workflow, and review complex cases.
This hybrid model is ideal for candidates who value both flexibility and in-person collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive telemedicine consultations for personal injury and pain management cases
- Review imaging reports, documentation, and prior care notes to create clear and defensible medical summaries
- Collaborate with supervising physicians, chiropractors, and case coordinators to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Attend weekly on-site meetings to discuss patient care coordination and operational updates
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Texas Physician Assistant license
- Recommended minimum of 1 year of experience in clinical practice (New Grads welcome)
- Comfortable with both virtual and in-person workflows
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable transportation for weekly in-office day in Harlingen
