Full Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician, Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our FULL SPECTRUM MEDICAL team. The ideal candidate should be able to provide exceptional patient care, demonstrate strong clinical knowledge, and collaborate effectively with the healthcare team.
**Responsibilities:
– Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, diagnose illnesses, and develop appropriate treatment plans.
– Order and interpret diagnostic tests; prescribe medications and therapies as needed
– Educate patients and families on healthcare management, preventive measures, and treatment options.
– Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and high-quality patient care.
– Stay updated with current medical practices, guidelines, and advancements in the field.
**Qualifications:
– Valid PA or NP license in TEXAS with at least 2 yrs of clinical experience
– Certification of completion from an accredited NP or PA program.
– FLUENT IN SPANISH
– experience with ECW (e-clinical works) EMR
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
– Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
– Strong dedication to patient-centered care and continuous learning.
