Nurse Practitioner Job Description
OverviewAS an NP/PA you will be responsible for providing urgent and non-urgent medical care for patients age birth to 18 years old. This care will be provided in accordance with the policies and standards of the American Academy of Pediatrics. High quality healthcare delivery to a multicultural patient population.
Responsibilities– Conduct accurate and concise HPI’s and physical exams on pediatric patients, providing appropriate documentation in EMR.- Diagnose, treat and manage acute care patients
-Perform sports physicals with accurate documentation in EMR
-Provide health promotion, disease prevention and health education
-Conduct, when needed, supervise and interpret diagnostic and laboratory tests
-Prescribe medications appropriately when needed
-Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible care
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
-Stay current with advancements in pediatric healthcare

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
