Role Overview
We’re seeking a compassionate and clinically skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with at least 1 year of experience in sleep medicine to join our team. This role is ideal for a provider who values clarity, empathy, and modern care solutions tailored to real life.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient evaluations and follow-ups related to sleep disorders
- Educate patients on CPAP, oral appliances, and lifestyle interventions
- Coordinate care with referring physicians and internal staff
- Document visits and maintain compliance with clinical protocols
- Support Better Sleep TX’s mission of delivering personalized, effective sleep care
Qualifications
- Active NP or PA license in Texas
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in sleep medicine
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Familiarity with CPAP, oral appliance therapy, and sleep diagnostics
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a clinic setting
Compensation & Schedule
- Annual Salary: $57,000 – $100,000
- Hourly Rate: $55 – $57/hour
- Schedule: Flexible part-time hours (20–30 hours/week)
