Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, manage chronic conditions, perform routine check-ups, and address a wide range of health issues. This role requires strong clinical skills, a commitment to patient wellness, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care services including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic health conditions.
- Conduct routine physical examinations and preventive care.
- Develop and implement patient management plans.
- Prescribe medications and provide appropriate follow-up care.
- Coordinate with specialists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development.
Qualifications:
- Board certification – NCCPA
- Valid medical license to practice in the state.
- Interest in expanding knowledge base is a must
- Prefer military trained OR Prior Service Record
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of primary care practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
