Full Job Description
OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive clinical experience, proficiency with electronic health records, and a strong background in acute and primary care. Experience with EMR systems such as eClinicalWorks is preferred.
Duties
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history documentation
- Utilize EMR system for accurate data entry and medical record management
- Assist in diagnostic evaluations through ordering and interpreting laboratory tests and medical imaging
- Engage in health coaching, patient education on chronic disease management.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain high standards of infection control and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with current state licensure
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care excellence; ability to handle sensitive information following HIPAA guidelines
