Introduction: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant to join our established men’s health practice. This position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-focused care in a collaborative and supportive environment while working autonomously in a streamlined, protocol-driven setting. Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and follow established male patients
- Evaluate labs and adjust medications and treatment plans as indicated
- Provide ongoing testosterone replacement therapy and hormone optimization care
- Deliver patient education and counseling related to men’s health treatments
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation within the EMR
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure efficient workflows and high-quality patient outcomes
Qualifications:
- Active Texas Physician Assistant (PA) license
- Experience in a men’s health or hormone-focused clinical setting required
- Strong working knowledge of TRT, hormone optimization, weight loss therapies, and peptides preferred
