Physician Assistant – Family (Permanent Role)

Location: Fort Worth, TX, 76104 Shift: Full-time days | 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week Compensation: Based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and health assessments, with emphasis on pediatric and family populations.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests to inform care decisions.
• Prescribe medications, treatments, and interventions consistent with evidence-based standards and patient safety.
• Collaborate with supervising physicians to develop and execute patient-centered care plans.
• Deliver clear and compassionate education to patients and families about health conditions, medications, and preventive care strategies.
• Foster strong relationships with patients, families, and the healthcare team to promote trust and continuity of care.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Certification: Certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
• Licensure: Active Texas Physician Assistant license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
