Nurse Practitioner/PA-C (Family Medicine) – Grapevine, TX Clinic hours: M-Th 07:30 to 4:30, Friday 07:30 – Noon Pay: $95,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year Start date is December 1, 2025 Responsibilities & Duties: Conduct patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses across the lifespan. Prescribe medications and therapies as appropriate. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous education. Requirements: Must have at least two years of experience in Family Medicine. Valid NP/PA-C license in TX.
