Medical Clinic Director (Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant)Location: Fort Worth, TX (On-site)Schedule: Part-time (24–28 hours/week) with potential to grow into full-time (up to 40 hours/week)

Your Role
1. Clinical Leadership
- Maintain all required federal, state, and professional licenses, including your DEA registration.
- Oversee in-house laboratory operations and maintain controlled substance inventory logs.
- Supervise Medical Assistants and Front Desk staff, while managing schedules and patient volume targets.
2. Patient Care & Procedures
- Conduct comprehensive consultations and provide patient education related to men’s health.
- Interpret laboratory results, manage prescription refills, and tailor treatment plans accordingly.
- Diagnose and treat conditions such as:
- Testosterone deficiency (using Testosterone Replacement Therapy protocols)
- Erectile dysfunction (including treatments like GainsWave® therapy, Priapus Shot® [P-Shot®], and Trimix injections)
- Medically supervised weight loss programs
- Peptide-based therapies
- Vitamin and intravenous (IV) nutrient infusions (includes direct administration)
- Administer intramuscular and Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) injections; perform venipuncture when necessary.
3. Team & Culture
- Foster a collaborative, patient-centered clinic environment.
- Mentor and guide staff in delivering personalized, exceptional care.
Who You Are
- A licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with a minimum of two years of clinical experience (preferably in urology, endocrinology, men’s health, or similar specialties).
- Hold an active, unrestricted state medical license and a current DEA certificate, with no history of malpractice actions.
- Genuinely passionate about men’s health and the concierge care model.
- A strong communicator, collaborative team member, and confident clinical leader.
Compensation & Perks
- Hourly Rate: $58–$70 per hour, depending on experience.
