Psychiatric Mental Health Provider (PMHNP or PA)
Location: El Paso, TX
Status:Part-Time Ramp-Up → Full-Time Permanent
Compensation: $80–$100/hr (Ramp-Up) → $130,000–$155,000 Base Salary

Clinical Environment
Outpatient psychiatry
Adult, child, and adolescent population (mix adjusted based on provider comfort)
New evaluations and follow-ups
Full administrative and clinical support to allow providers to focus on patient care
Phase 1: The Build (Part-Time | Typically First 90 Days Based on Volume Goal)
Begin with a flexible ramp-up while building your patient panel. You may choose your classification during this introductory period:
Compensation Structure (Ramp-Up Period)
W-2 (Preferred): $80/hour
Includes employer-paid payroll taxes and malpractice coverage
Independent Contractor (Short-Term Option): $100/hour
Available during the introductory period; provider responsible for taxes and insurance
Schedule: 2–3 days per week (negotiable)
Phase 2: The Career (Full-Time | W-2)
Once clinical volume milestones are met, the role transitions into a permanent salaried position.
Base Salary: $130,000–$155,000(commensurate with experience)
Spanish Fluency Stipend:
$5,000 annual bonus for bilingual (Spanish/English) providers. Requires full mastery of both languages.
Licensing Support:
100% coverage for Texas and New Mexico licenses

Qualifications
Active Texas license (PMHNP-BC or PA-C)
