Primary Care Physician Assistant Needed in El Paso, Texas

Requirements:
- Must have obtained a Texas medical license or have initiated the licensing process.
Schedule:
- Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
Duties:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services.
- Conduct consultations and follow-up appointments.
- Diagnose and treat chronic diseases and acute illnesses.
- Perform physicals, meet Medicare requirements, and handle minor procedures (e.g., toenail excision, mole biopsy).
- Refer patients to specialists as needed.
- Manage patient flow with the assistance of a scribe (seeing 3-4 patients per hour).
- Utilize All Scripts for Electronic Medical Records (EMR).

Compensation:
- New graduates: $105,000 for the first year, $120,000 for the second year

- Site visit fees for interviews will be covered.
Additional Notes:
- No non-compete clause after leaving the practice.
