**Job Overview:**

As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and ensuring the well-being of our patients.
**Duties:**
– Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
– Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
– Perform procedures such as IV insertions, sterile processing, spinal taps, and other medical interventions.
– Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
– Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care effectively.
– Maintain accurate medical records using systems like eClinicalWorks
– Ensure compliance with infection control protocols to maintain a safe healthcare environment.
**Qualifications:**
– Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Texas.
– Graduate degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
– Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology.
– Proficiency in conducting physical examinations and interpreting diagnostic tests.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
**Nice-to-Have Skills:**
– Experience with IV insertion techniques.
– Familiarity with sterile processing procedures.
