Job Title: Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA)Location: El Paso, TXPay: $100,000-$120,000 (depending on experience)Schedule: Full-Time | 40 hours/week (includes rotating urgent care shifts)

Overview:We are seeking a dedicated NP or PA to join our outpatient practice in El Paso, TX. This role includes primary care, urgent care, and occasional nursing home visits/house calls—all within a 40-hour workweek. You’ll provide care to patients of all ages and participate in specialized clinic programs, with training provided if needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform exams, diagnose/manage acute & chronic conditions
• Prescribe medications and create treatment plans
• Conduct minor procedures, wound care, and immunizations
• Interpret lab results and maintain accurate EMR documentation
• Educate patients on preventive care and wellness
• Participate in house calls, nursing home visits, and clinic programs (e.g., weight loss, hormone therapy, Suboxone)

Qualifications:

• Licensed NP or PA in Texas (new grads welcome)
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Able to manage patient load independently after onboarding
