Position Overview:We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physician Assistant (PA) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our growing practice. This position offers the opportunity to work in a well-established outpatient setting, providing primary care to a diverse and multicultural patient base. You will collaborate with our experienced healthcare team to deliver excellent patient care and improve overall health outcomes for the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform patient assessments, including physical exams, and obtain detailed health histories.
  • Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions, providing primary care services.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
  • Prescribe medications and manage chronic conditions.
  • Educate patients on health promotion, disease prevention, and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with Dr. Moazam and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records.

Qualifications:

  • Active certification as a Physician Assistant (PA) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
  • Current state licensure to practice in Texas.
  • Previous experience in primary care or outpatient settings is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, as over 50% of our patients are Spanish-speaking.

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • No on-call, no weekends!

Compensation:Competitive salary with benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and more. Salary will be based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $105,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
